Congratulations to Kevin Muldoon, the Carroll County Schools 24STRONG winner for April 2025! Mr. Muldoon began his teaching career in 2004 in Carroll County Schools and has demonstrated powerful leadership as a teacher, assistant principal and now as principal of Villa Rica Middle School.  Many nominations for Mr. Muldoon commend his dedication to building a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment, his visible and engaged presence, and his commitment to recognizing the valuable contributions of students and staff.
