Congratulations to Yolanda Bailey, the Carroll County Schools 24STRONG Award winner for November 2023! Ms. Bailey has been a member of the 24STRONG team since 1994 and works as a paraprofessional serving the students of Bay Springs Middle School. She received numerous nominations which called her "the ultimate paraprofessional" who is dedicated to all students in the classroom, ensuring they are attentive, on task and equipped to succeed. Outside the classroom, Ms. Bailey fully displays the "We Are VR" attitude of her cluster, supporting her students and the community at many extracurricular events. Other staff members expressed thankfulness for Ms. Bailey's dedication to do whatever it takes to positively change lives and make BSMS a better place. Thank you to Yolanda Bailey for being an exemplary educator, a true Wildcat, and a great representation of the #24STRONG spirit!
