Facility Master Plans

Carroll County Schools engages in the master planning process to determine possible options for the school district to address enrollment growth over the next 10 years. Growing school districts are better prepared for growth when they continuously engage in long-term planning to make data driven decisions.

Using a continuous improvement philosophy, Carroll County Schools uses a three prong strategy to prepare for anticipated growth.

  • Innovative Scheduling Models for District High Schools

  • Attendance Line Adjustments

  • Facility Master Planning

Each year the District reviews and updates data affecting school enrollments. Adjustments to Facility Plans are recommended to the Board each year after review.
