Our Mission

Psychological Services of the Carroll County School District aims to provide our students and families with the necessary supports to bring about the greatest amount of the highest quality of learning and success that each student is capable of achieving. We do this through prevention, intervention, evaluation, and collaborative consultation with our schools and families to address concerns regarding the learning and behavior of our students.
