Carroll County Schools provides enrollment in Pre-K through a lottery system. It is not a first come - first serve basis. After the drawing, parents will be notified by mail of their child’s placement in a Pre-K class or placement on a waiting list. Notifications will be mailed on or before March 12th.
To receive a Pre-K Lottery Ticket, please complete the following steps between February 22nd - March 5th.

Step 2 - Complete Online Application

Step 3 - Follow the instructions in the email you receive after completing Step 2 above
After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Enrollment Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process.
