Pre-K Enrollment

Carroll County Schools provides enrollment in Pre-K through a lottery system. It is not a first come - first serve basis. After the drawing, parents will be notified by mail of their child’s placement in a Pre-K class or placement on a waiting list. Notifications will be mailed on or before March 12th.

To receive a Pre-K Lottery Ticket, please complete the following steps between February 22nd - March 5th.

 

Step 1 - Gather documentation

Required documentation to receive Lottery Ticket

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Parent ID
  • Guardianship / Legal paperwork (if applicable)

 

 

Step 2 - Complete Online Application

 

 Click on the laptop above to start online registation.

 

 

Step 3 - Follow the instructions in the email you receive after completing Step 2 above

After completing your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from the Student Enrollment Center. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a second email with instructions to complete the application process.

The email will come from “noreply@carrollcountyschools.com”. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
