Carroll County’s Aspiring Leaders completed their 18 month extensive professional development program with the delivery of their Capstone presentations at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center on December 10, 2019. Twenty-eight individuals were selected through an application process to be part of this unique leadership training opportunity. The program emphasizes demonstrating intentional leadership, being a lead learner, and living the leadership essentials with the purpose of positively changing the lives of our students. The skills learned through the program are meant to prepare participants to be stronger leaders in their current roles and to cultivate future leaders for our schools.
“Carroll County is passionate about maximizing the talent of our employees and encouraging continued professional growth,” stated Dr. Christi Teal, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. “We are very proud of this group of talented and dedicated employees who exhibit the qualities we look for in premier leaders within our organization.”
