Each month, the Carroll County Board of Education recognizes schools achieving highest monthly attendance for Teaching, learning, and Caring (TLC). Schools compete for recognition in one of three categories:

Teaching - 500 or fewer students
Learning - 501-750 students
Caring - 751 or more students

Annual winners are presented a trophy to keep at their schools for the following academic year. Carroll County students marked an outstanding 96% attendance rate for the 2008-2009 school year. Great job, students!
